Allowing trumps judging, especially inside one's own core, the seat of the soul. Judgments begin internally and spread outward. We judge others in a mirror image mode. We see others by a measuring rod of self-acceptance. A personal state of emergency would simply dissipate if we granted ourselves our being  unconditionally. Being comes first.   Having comes last.  In between comes the action, or Doing . The world out there tries to tell us differently. We are urged to do something in order to have something, then we will become someone. NOT! If we could only allow our infinite, spiritual self to be, we would then act appropriately, comfortably. Having our desires follows a sequence. The Bible admonishes going to your spiritual core first, then the desires of your heart will follow. Psalms 37:4
